Boys of Summer (and Fall!)

What a great year the 8U Patriots are having! They went undefeated in the Summer Baseball Heaven league, won the Championship there… and then this past weekend went on to win the Bernie Ellison 3vbb tournament.

Amazing heart this team has. They lost to the Ronkonkoma Cardinals on Saturday, and then played them again on Monday, and in a hard fought game, won 4-3. It literally came down to the last inning and the last pitches- both teams played their hearts out.

Here is to the boys! Enjoy the victory, and these great days of fun. To the coaches (Jim, Chris, Lee, and Tom) thank you for dedicating so much time and effort to these kids.
